A problem property in the town centre conservation area with vacant and dilapidated upper parts was acquired and revitalised.

High Street and retail Warehouse accommodation was redesigned and the upper floors transformed into Swan Court, a scheme of 6 high quality apartments with car parking and a roof garden within the traditional local stone building.
