Ultimate Estates is a developer of commercial and mixed use property. It was formed in 2000 by Chartered Surveyors Paul Adams (Managing Director)and Philip Long (Finance Director) who both have over 25 years experience in the property industry.

Schemes totalling over 100,000 sq ft and £10m have been successfully completed and the business is growing. This progression is underpinned by the dedication and professionalism of the whole team and its advisors towards producing high quality developments.
