We buy from multi national corporations, private companies or individuals and always generously reward introductions.          We are also happy to enter into joint ventures.

Funding
We are cash rich and have excellent backing from the banks.

Lot size
We have acquired sites for under £200k and for over £1m, we can consider figures above this level.

Use
We will consider any existing and prospective use with a reasonable chance of planning permission for development. Currently, end uses for employment, or convenience retailing or leisure or mixed uses including residential are of particular interest.

Occupation
Property which is either vacant or occupied with the prospect of vacant possession in the short to medium term.

Location
Urban and suburban brownfield sites throughout the Midlands and beyond.

Terms
We are willing to proceed on an unconditional basis or conditionally upon the grant of Planning Permission.
